Caffè Nero
Nice food but would appreciate more choice for vegans. After all, people who are not vegans CAN eat vegan choices but not the other way around.Today, 25 June, there were NO vegan savoury options and only one vegan sweet option. Lots and lots of non vegan options. If this continues I will have to go somewhere else.

Friendly efficient, genuinely first rate staff. Best coffee in town, delicious pastries. Well behaved dogs allowed. No complaints. They even made a fresh batch of my favourite patries, when they had sold out earlier in the day.

The Caffe Nero in Great Malvern, Worcestershire is an enjoyable place to visit for a drink and something to eat. This is a friendly cafe with a pleasant atmosphere.

First and last visit to this chain. Wasn't overly busy yet the lady serving me yesterday was so incompetent. Part way through taking my order when she asked me to repeat myself she started talking to someone else then had me repeat myself for a third time. She then forgot parts of my order and was just overall rude. The gentleman working was lovely, he served my friends that were with us and was nothing but polite. The girl seems to not care about her job and is just there to collect a wage at the end of the day. I won't be going back. I'll stick to costa next time.

Usually the coffee is great, the seating area is comfortable and the staff are welcoming however the past couple of coffees I have ordered have both been burnt. I hope this is just the result of a fresh trainee and that the coffee can go back to its usual high standard!

Caffe Nero in Church Street, Great Malvern, is a popular place for coffee in Malvern, though Faun, on Belle Vue Terrace, is much more attractive in terms of food and atmosphere.

Felt like they'd rather I hadn't popped in as serving me seemed to get in the way of their chat. Was a bit dirty looking and cold as tables weren't clean and the door was propped open.

Called into Caffe Nero on a few occasions during April/22 while in Malvern from Australia. The service was excellent & friendly team, plenty of seating & I must say most likely the warmest place in Malvern during my visit.A good selection of snacks & drinks & prices very reasonable.
