Mrs Heather Palmer is the best residential lease solicitor. If I could rate Mrs Palmer six stars, I would. Mrs Palmer provided me with the best options on a right of way dispute, where the garage owners failed to pay their contributions despite an obligation to do so under the terms of their lease. The lady is a scholar who returns calls and emails in good time with expert research and guidance. Highly recommend Mrs Palmer for lease extensions, deed of variation and rights of way disputes. I used the services of one of the Toller's partners for a restrictive covenant issue in London that threatened to derail our development project. Having dealt with many legal professionals and also managed solicitors in commercial property for many years in a previous role, it was refreshing to deal with a legal professional who was so pragmatic, responsive and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Service provided was fair . I was instructed that I would need a barrister at a cost of over 2k for one hour . I declined as I didn’t see this was appropriate . The case was thrown out of court straight away so thankfully I didn’t instruct the barrister . Approach this company with caution .

I used these guys recently to get a document notarised. I found them friendly and professional. The matter was dealt with quickly and in a straight forward, transparent manner. Their offices are fab, easy to find, parking just outside the entrance. Happy customer.

Dealing with them has resulted in losing the property we intended to buy. Slow and defiant, unwilling to do their part of the job. I eventually had to jump in to resolve it but it was too late. No problem from the side of the bank.
