Great classes, amazing and fun/friendly collection of people to train with. Wide range of realistic self defence/awareness strategies. Good warmup exercises. All round, great fun!

Mark is brilliant teacher, honestly dedicated man, keeps everything really, no jackie Chan b...t, you can join any time, any level, pays as you go, no stupid membership fees, you member of the team when you commit yourself and come. Come for trial, just tracksuit and bare feet

Whatever your level—beginner to Dan—there is something for you in this class. Mark and Bernie are great teachers, and everyone in the class is so friendly and will spur you on every step of the way. But hey, don't take my word for it, stop on by!
