Full of up there own backside employees who think because they know what a particular thing is called every member of the general public should also know the exact name, good amount of stock and the service is quite fast, but dare ask what something is called and prepare to be sniggered at, on top of that if you buy something online and turn up with an order number for the product you have bought you then have to produce photo I'd if yourself before they will give you what you have bought, forgot I was ordering a pint and look under 18x oh wait that's right I'm 35 and look like I had 20 paper rounds when I was a kid... what the I'd part of it for is I do not understand as you are obviously the person who bought the product, the chances of a random person in the street coming up with the order number and knowing exactly what you have purchased is slim to none, use in a pinch but there are much better options out there.

Cannot fault this place, orders on time everytime, really friendly and proffesional staff.....you get it right first time, everytime...thankyou

This is a great place to shop for a vast range of items. I have bought several items here as diverse as tarpaulin to exterior lamp, door lock to brass hinges. And more.I did try to buy an earth strap for a gas meter here but they actually don't sell these. They did however tell me where I could find one and provided very helpful directions.The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I can certainly recommend this store. Check out their catalogue!

Knowledgeable staff, excellent stock considering the size. You can order ahead from the app or in-store. Covid restrictions in place mean only 5 people allowed in at any one time

Friendly helpful staff

Service always comes with a smile, the staff go out of there way to help and have went above and beyond since the lockdown. There is always a good range of products and the refund policy is good. Easily accessible for disabled people inside and out. Has carpark spaces reserved for disabilities.
