They arrived on time and stayed about 2.5 hours to get my drains cleaned. The engineer was friendly and explained what he was doing.When they billed me there was a slight overcharge but that issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.We’ve now hired them to fix our interceptor trap - update incoming.

Nathan came out to fix a huge blockage. He showed up within an hour after we called the company which was amazing - especially given that it was a Sunday! Nathan was incredibly good at fixing the problem and was also super friendly and professional to deal with. The person we spoke to on the phone was also lovely. It is so nice to find good trades people especially when you face a huge problem during the weekend. I can highly recommend using this company!!

Truly excellent service! Came the same day to resolve an issue caused by Drain Detectives wet wipes' into the foul drain. Resolved it, charged the fee promised and reminded the tenants what should go down a toilet. I can not rate and highly enough!

Barry attended my property today to fix a blocked drain & blocked toilet . I called yesterday and I was given the first appointment of the day today ( Monday ) . Barry was very knowledgeable, showed me the blockage on camera and flushed the drain to clear . Great guy , prompt and efficient , if I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would ! Thank you

I had a truly terrible experience with this company who demonstrated complete unprofessionalism and a shocking lack of respect for my property. They did manage to fix my plumbing issue, but they used my clean cotton towels to wipe down filthy water pipes without any consideration for hygiene or my belongings. I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as their actions and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable.

I called several different companies to seek quotes - something that I tend to avoid doing until I'm desperate. Shirley answered my call and was by far the nicest to speak to on the phone and I felt reassured just from this interaction that this company was going to help me and that I was in good hands.Nathan is the engineer who arrived to sort my problem on the same day as I made my enquiry. He was friendly, polite and professional and got the job sorted really efficiently. As a solo female, I sometimes feel intimidated by work people (work men) who come into my home. This wasn’t the case with Nathan, he was very approachable and clearly knowledgable, and even took his boots off repeatedly when going in and out of the house.I will definitely use this company again if I need to and I recommend them.Thank you :)
