We commissioned Emma to project manage the design, fit and decoration of our master bedroom. This entailed a fitted wardrobe, new flooring, paint and wood work, and all new furniture. We recognised that we didn’t really know where to go or indeed where to start and Emma gently questioned us and probed until we found a design that suited. Emma's positive and gentle inquisitive approach guided us through a number of design and purchase decisions. Through Emma’s design expertise, access to top quality professionals and ability to source and acquire great products, we came out with a bedroom that is elegant and restorative. Emma was a great help when I did up my home after moving in. She offered some creative ideas I wouldn't have thought of, her contact list was very useful as she introduced me to a excellent carpenter and I was able to avail of some of her discount with certain shops and fabric providers, off setting the cost of her hourly rate.The key projects she supported me with were a kitchen bench, getting a custom made tv unit to fit in with the existing alcoves /period furniture and sourcing furniture.I would definitely recommend her and she was very pleasant to work with.

We recently hired Emma, utilising her ‘cheap and chic’ service to redesign our kitchen and lounge. The results have been absolute fantastic; Emma completely understood our vision for the space, and came back with multiple concepts that not only aligned to our creative vision, but also challenged and inspired us. Throughout the process she was efficient, friendly and produced all her work to a very high standard. Despite having relatively limited budget, Emma proved herself absolutely invaluable.

I used Emma to help me redesign my daughter's bedroom using her 'cheap and chic' service. She was great at understanding our needs and picking a bold colour scheme and putting colours together that I would not have thought of using but work fantastically together. She also suggested furniture and dressing items that would work with the scheme. I was given plenty of options to make sure that the items proposed worked with my budget. The room looks brilliant and my daughter is delighted.

Emma has been wonderful from start to finish.At the outset, Emma steered me towards a more suitable (and cheaper) service, when it became clear that I was unsure what I was actually wanting her help for.Her output has been excellent. The mood boards are so detailed as to be a mini model for the room, and the extensive pinterest boards provide a plethora of additional ideas. I have exactly what I was unknowingly wanting, which is clarity on the full design of a room from paint colours to furniture to furnishings to layout but also a host of suggestions for alternatives so that I can tweak things if I wish.Emma has flair, style and bounds of enthusiasm. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Emma designed and project-managed renovation of our new home. Our first time using an interior design service and it was an excellent experience, and worth every penny. Emma’s creative ideas led to a home with more open space, innovative storage ideas, and some great colours to brighten up the rooms. Work included painting, floors, carpentry and joinery (including design), selecting furniture and furnishings, window treatments.We would recommend Emma’s services without hesitation. Most importantly, and our advice to anyone, would be: always go for the project management. We had considered dropping that element (in order to save money) and thank God we didn’t. For our busy family, Emma’s ability to oversee and manage the process - suppliers, tradesmen, deliveries, returns, schedules, etc – makes everything much more manageable.Even in the midst of a global pandemic, the renovation ran smoothly and any bumps were ironed out professionally and quickly.
