Laser HQ is a lovely, clean salon. I have been to both their Liverpool and Manchester clinics and the staff are always warm and friendly. I have just had Kate for my appointment in Manchester today and she is so chatty and professional and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend this salon for your treatments :)

After travelling over 230 miles to get to the Leeds Laser HQ, I was met very quickly by Loren, one of the Managers who took me and my partner in to discuss what I wanted doing. She was extremely thorough and helped me through all the questions I had and even gave me many tips too. I was very apprehensive about going, but I am now super excited to get my first session done, as my patch test was a breeze. I can't wait to get started and to meet more of the team along the way! Xx

Second treatment today and welcomed back like family :)Lovely staff all around, everyone’s got a smile despite the drastic change in weather today. Jo is fab at what she does, both professionally and bedside manner. Never feel uncomfortable or out of place, I always look forward to the appointment :) the results speak for themselves but the girls make it a great experience!

Jess was fabulous. This was my first experience of laser. She made me feel so comfortable and chatted throughout. The laser wasn’t painful - just like being flicked with an elastic band at some points of the treatment.Everything is just perfect - from entering reception and having a lovely warm welcome, to the tiniest details everywhere in the treatment rooms. I can’t wait to come back for my next one! Excited to see my results.Thank you Laser HQ for the most wonderful treatment.

I had my consultation today, I booked my appointment online and received confirmation of my appointment via e-mail & text. The building itself is very clean & stylish, I was welcomed by a smiling member of staff straight away. My appointment was on time and I filled out a questionnaire before I was seen. Jessica put me at ease straight away and went through the laser process and price list. I felt under no pressure during my consultation to book a follow up appointment but once I did my patch test I was keen to book my first appointment. I follow laser HQ on Instagram so have seen their amazing work. I can’t wait to start my own journey.

Couldn’t recommend this buisness enough. I have finally started my laser journey after years of putting it off, I have currently had 3 sessions and WOW what a difference it’s made already. I have always been very conscious of my under arms and legs and the difference after just a couple of sessions is amazing. The staff were so lovely, kind and professional, very informative and answered all of my questions. If you are considering starting laser hair removal, DO IT WITH LASER HQ!
