Bilal was absolutely brilliant today. He has excellent customer service and multi tasking skills. He prioritises customers needs and ensures they are taken care of. Poor guy didn't even have lunch until 16:15. Even as I left Bilal was still fixing phones. Please keep up the great work and thank you for fixing my phone.

Screen cracked within warranty but they wouldn’t replace it

DO NOT USE FOR ANY PHONE REPAIR. My partner took my iPhone 11 in for a screen repair, it was in full working order aside from a hairline crack in the front screen.Once the screen had been replaced the Face ID no longer worked and a constant error was displayed about non genuine parts. I understand given the price it won’t be a genuine part but if functionality is reduced the customer should be told.My partner returned and she was fobbed off and told that the Face ID has nothing to do with the screen.When I returned, Shoaib claimed that the phone was “dead” when he repaired it and I was just trying to get a refund because “you cannot afford the repair”.

These guys are complete cowboys. Do not take your phone there. They damaged my phone that was in complete working order when they changed the screen. They refused to fix the phone or offer a refund and now I have learnt they have done the same to lots of other.

The staff are very helpfull and had a nice time in the shop

Good service ordered a screen protector to collect on Friday

Took my Samsung Tab in for repair after it couldn't mount a partition on the drive. Guys told me there was some sort of problem with the motherboard (which I know there isn't) just need to reload the firmware. Would do it myself but do not have the ODIN toolset or image

I paid £60 for a new battery put in my iPhone 11, I ended up taking it back in the next day as the ‘new’ battery was worse then the one I had replaced! After a long battle (almost 1.5 hours in total!) I got a refund and the man took the battery out and put ‘my one’ back in my phone which is a complete pack of lies, the battery I had replaced was 80% battery health the one he put back in was 84% which obviously isn’t a bad thing being 4% better health but very deceitful lying to my face. He also admitted he put a cheap non genuine battery in my phone and offered to replace it with a genuine one for no extra charge to which I declined as I no longer had any trust. Upon receiving my phone back from him I found out my Face ID wasn’t working, I told him and he re-opened my phone to ‘investigate & fix’ the issue but he didn’t in the end. He then refused to do any more to help/fix it and told me it couldn’t of been him because the biometric camera for Face ID is no where near the battery which is another bare faced lie! He refused to give me manager/owners contact details and I left very upset and disappointed with a more faulty phone then when I started. Avoid avoid avoid these absolute cowboys. I’ve looked at their reviews and also looked on trust pilot and practically all bad reviews, seems they have done this and still do this to a lot of peoples property. Contradicted himself so many times and just lied through his teeth.

My battery was really bad and it was fixed within 45 mins. No fuss service. Quick and easy. Recommend very good at a reasonable price. (:This is two years review after and had my battery replaced again. The guy was amazing. Opened my phone showed me the parts and offered to stay past closing time. I am very happy with the outcome.

Mobile Bitz Bracknell have generally been amazing with no complaints.Shattered my Galaxy S21 Ultra screen on the weekend and they repaird it within two days. Cheapest on the market locally and lovely customer service. They gave me a free courtesy phone to use for a few days and as they ran out of the colour phone backing, gave me a new phone case and screen protector for free. They aren't the best at answering the store phone but very happy to chat in-personI would highly recommend and will use again
