Superb. Everything from booking, text confirmation, reception staff, dental staff, all very professional and pleasant. Have used for years and will continue to do so. Happy to recommend.

Lovely coffee shops and cake shops all around to chear myself up after my trip to the dentist who incidentally have a nice coffee machine. The dentist also does a wonderful job as does the hygienist.

Went for my first assessment - never been keen on dentists but The Hertfordshire Dental Group are amazing. All the staff are very welcoming and professional, happily recommend and they will be my go to dentist from now on.

Kons put me at ease and instilled me with confidence from the first meeting, was more thorough, patient and clear than any other dentist in hertford (only comparable to a top dentist in London which I can no longer visit due to distance). He’s performed three fillings in which I didn’t feel a thing, and he has an eye for detail. Thanks Kons, glad I found you!

Was visiting amy hygienist for the first time today can't believe we've crossed paths for four years, very happy with her service today I have never used to flow system before very happy and was happy to pay the 45-pound extra on top of my plan for that service really happy with today's experience at the hygienist.

After six months of top quality work being done to my teeth, I have now an amazing set of implantsWhen I wake up in the morning now, I look at the mirror in the bathroom and then do a cheeky smile and my confidence level is at an all-time high.In the past i had an accident on my cycle, I fell off at speed and knocked out my front bottom teeth and one at the top.I went to the NHS and they put standard crown and a bridge on which had to do until I raised the money to get the job done properly.I discussed the situation with Simon Oldham and he took me through every stage of the transformation under no pressure, I know it’s a considered purchase, but how you feel after it’s simply amazing, I always used to hide my teeth behind my smile but now I have the confidence to talk to people and have photos taken of myself and smile from ear to ear.During the course of the work at any time, I could phone the surgery and they would always book me in if I had a slight problem with no questions asked.I rate Hertford dental practice 10 out of 10 for customer Services and value for money, in more ways than one.Duncan .

Didn’t think I’d ever call a dentist practice ‘fantastic’ but here we are! I’ve not been to the dentist in 12yrs, I received zero judgement and my anxiety was put to ease. Dr Jon Nicholas was really friendly and walked me through everything in simple terms. I was given simple no nonsense advice and felt really comfortable during my visit. The practice itself is also really lovely, doesn’t feel at all like you’re at the dentists with plush sofas, diffusers etc. 100% recommend
