We are on holiday and popped in two days running and we are overwhelmed by the service we have received from the manager Liam. The food is delicious and nothing is too much trouble, will definitely be coming back before we return home

Lovely staff, who are helpful. However, there were not many of them therefore service was slow. Waited 30 minutes before being told one of the starters was out of stock. Then waited a following 30 minutes for the food, which some of it was cold and forgotten.You also have to pay nearly £5 for the soft play area which is inside the building.

First class value for the 3 course Xmas Dinner Menu. Good food, great value and excellent service just as we had last week and numerous times before. Many thanks to the new management and staff, will be back soon. Also still the best value breakfast in the area !

It was empty when I arrived at lodmoor ordered food for the family, there was a long wait for food what I didn't understand but the mains was really nice but will not be ordering sides from brewers fayre again £4.69 for garlic bread with cheese and this is what we got. Far staff was great at sorting this out but apparently that is the size it's meant to be

Overall, it was a good evening meal, though the starter came out with the mains, all was cooked well, tasted good and enjoyed by the three of us. The place was clean and tidy. Service was a little slow to say it was mid week and not busy.

To be fair, we were a group of approx 20. Although we preorder in advance and pre booked way in advance (few days). All the starter mushrooms were cold and had to be re done. Few stakes were sent back a few times as they seem to have no idea what is the difference between medium-rade and well done. Mine was half top well done and rare on the other side, after complaining i received all red but I have no clue how they made it. It was rubbery, no juice at all and tasted like paper. (Picture attached)Another member asked for a well done rump (yeah don't ask i don't understand either). Was sent back twice as it came rare both times.We did find out they had multiple 20+ groups the same day and some overlapping so I guess it's a numbers game, but that should not be an excuse. 4 stars for service cause the waiter was way to nice for all the hell he was getting :) he helped as much as he could and tried to make everyone happy to the best of his abilities, but off he is not responsible of the kitchen (which is the problem).

If you like staff that talk down to you because they are having a bad day this is the place for you. If you like awful food and your side to come out at a completely different time to your main you will love this. If you enjoy a raucous atmosphere at the end of your hard working day then perfect. Just ate and got out of there. I will not stay at the hotel again.

A great place for lunch or dinner for some good cooked British food. You order at the bar and the food is delivered to your table (make note of your table number before you order). Service was friendly and food was good. For soft drinks go for the limitless option as you can then refill as much as you want. The food portion was enough for me as you can see from my photo.
