The service provided was prompt professional and courteous. I have since recommended happily onto close friends whom have all agreed. Now I would never look anywhere else. They are honest about price and delivery. Also help to calm you down when it’s not the nicest of situations to discuss. Highly recommend!

When lock down started and the shops and cafe closed that drove the rats into the mine and my neighbours garden looking for easy food from the bird table . Although I contacted cimex they treated my garden and then my neighbours as one job for myself to make sure the problem didn't come back . Did this during covid with full social distance and exception customer service and super fast response with great technician who knew their job and were more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure those rats were gonners.
