My first visit to Elan Salon Monday 14th, staff very friendly,couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended,one happy customer,already have made my next appointment. Just like to say well done for the lady who did my hair,sorry i cannot remember her name, she made every effort to make sure my hair was how i wanted it before i left the salon,very pleased.

Experience wasn’t great. Salon is lovely and staff seemed nice. The stylist who cut my hair didn’t seem very happy my hair wasn’t straight and seemed to keep questioning me on my length choice. It was rushed like she wanted to go home and no styling at the end. More expensive than expected for the experience.After getting home realised my hair was wonky and longer on one side. Had to go back a week later, luckily it was trainee who agreed my base layer was completely longer on one side and had to spend another 30mins getting my hair redone. The original stylist was present and seemed annoyed which was a lovely experience.Speaking to a friend and she had the same experience with the salon that her hair was longer at the back and shorter at the front for her child.

Love this salon always make my hair look amazing!

First time at this salon it was Quick, Great Cut with lovely chatty Staff that made you feel welcome and at ease.
