Needed some specially mixed dulux paint. Unable to find anywhere in Maidstone that does this so stopped in Tenterden on my way home as Webbs do everything. Lovely prompt service from a staff member who was hoping to take his break when I asked if he could mix me some paint. It's really worthwhile shopping here as they are so helpful and I always find exactly what I want.

My work place needed a locksmith in Tenterden and so I called Webbs. Within a very short time the man came out and fixed our lock in minutes. I cant recommend them enough ..... fast, friendly, helpful & efficient. Thank you Webbs!

Popped in on the off chance they may have a special fuse for my Marshall JCM900 amp. The chap looked it up for me and had it! Amazing! Thanks guys.

A little bit pricey probably at least double price of the paint or tools that you will pay anywhere else... but it does help if you need something quick, staff are polite and shop is well presented

Webb's has been around longer than I have been alive, it is a household name if you live in the Tenterden area.It is packed to the rafters with absolutely everything you need to with regards to DIY projects and much more.Unfortunately it is in Tenterden and getting parked there can be problematic, although this is not a reflection on Webb's, just Tenterden area in general. It is not always the best value for money, certain items can definitely be purchased cheaper elsewhere, however due to the huge range of products in stock this cost variation can definitely be forgiven.I would definitely recommend Webb's and they are very helpful and friendly and provide excellent customer service.

A lot of useful bits but at a premium price. Some Unhelpful staff, not the old fashioned customer service. I urgently needed a piece of glass in order to finish a job, I called in with 10 minutes left of opening time only to be told by a group of staff gathered around a service counter that, the yard had already been locked and I would have to wait until the next day, I could see some staff members smirking in the background. I would have hoped for a better quality of service from Webbs.

Well this place is brilliant. It has very thing you might need and is set out in a way that is clear but interesting. You feel like you are going on an adventure. The staff are super helpful without being 'know it alls'. All goods are well priced.
