From my first contact with Sarah to my survey conducted by Robert, the process was flawless. Excellent customer service and quick service meant they exceeded my expectations. Sarah was quick to keep me updated, go through the process and everything happened when they said it would. As a first time buyer, this was a relief for it all to go to plan! Communication and survey was first class. Sarah was excellent with arranging the process and Rob provided a very thorough report which helped explain things in terms I could understand easily. Rob also exceeded expectations by being available for a telephone calls after the survey to go through a few queries that came up from our solicitors that were not previously known. I put a few emails out to get quotes for the house I am purchasing to get surveyed.They got back to me within half an hour, well before any other company I contacted.I rang and spoke to them about my concerns, providing images via emails for reference and they assured me they will cover all aspects in the homebuyers package and give a detailed report underlining any potential risks, issues and will also make reccomendations on how to proceed if there are issues.They were faster than quoted, after saying it could take 3 working days to produce the report, it was back after 2, so I am very pleased with their service and would %100 reccomend for anyone thinking of buying their first or next home!The report was very detailed and helped put my mind at ease and I can honestly say if I ever need another survey, I will be going back with proenergis!
