Starbucks Polmadie
Not one to review a Starbucks generally, however this one was pretty bad.Nice building, good parking facilities and the staff seemed nice enough. But my goodness, the hygiene standards were absolutely awful.Rubbish everywhere, flies all over the food and rubbish bins.I'd avoid it until rectified.

A good pit stop, coffee always amazing, plus they do wee pup cups too, Only thing, to sit in on a sunny day feels like a greenhouse, so uncomfortable

My most favorite place for a coffee and peaceful one to spend some time. Staff there are very friendly and treat you great an their service is excellent.

This is a mug of caramel macchiato I got today. It should have been decaf but I now guess it was not because of the itchy mouth and tongue I developed by the evening. I am shocked that Starbucks do not follow the instructions of the order and can be serving drinks looking like this.

If you are there, I wish you tasty coffee, but I warn you, you cannot talk for too long and spend a lovely time because you will get a ticket for exceeding the time limit. The staff is unfortunately not willing to help you solve the problem. I think it is illegal and I will definitely not go there again.

The store was fairly quiet on a Monday afternoon but the level of music was ridiculous. I did ask for it to be turned down a bit so we could hear ourselves chatting. It seemed to be on for the benifit of the staff and not the customers

Very clean and welcoming staff. Although the drink I received wasn’t that nice tasting. Not sure if it was the way it was made by the staff member or the actually product itself, but it was a bit of a shame. But I’d be back for another drink, one I’m more familiar with!

Went in on a quiet afternoon where there were roughly 7 members of staff who looked like they were inconvenienced from serving us, having to take a break from their chatting.The only positive service we got was from a young lady who seemed to be in training, but received zero support and the attitude from the other members of staff towards her was negative, almost bullying. The tension felt palpable from the start.Very disappointed from the experience and will actively avoid this starbucks in the future.

I used to like Starbucks Polmadie, I generally go in earlier in the mornings, this morning however is the last I will ever set foot in the place.Why when I’m the only person in the queue do I have to give my name? Costa, Greggs or the whole host of other coffee shops don’t require you to give a name.The “manager” informed me that they are a real Coffee shop and you only pay 2 pound for a coffee in Greggs, the relevance I fail to understand.She did give me one good bit of advice “you don’t need to come in if you don’t want to”Advice I will take and vote with my feet.Oh and on another topic, just watch that the customer your talking about to your employees can’t hear what your saying about them.

Starbucks Polmadie
No atmosphere. Seemed too big with too much empty space inside. Coffee was ok.Also, surprised there are no dogs allowed here. Usually all other Starbucks allow this, inconvenient.
