Base Hair

It is a family salon where works a father and a son and other stylists. I have done my hair twice with Andres. I like the job. I would recommend it. They provide drinks for you and make sure you are comfortable. The paintings on the wall is done by my stylist Andreas, he is very talented guy. It is a good location near St.Nicolas shopping center in Sutton.

I had my hair done today with Gemma , It was my first experience in the salon, I must say she is an excellent hair dresser, she is very professional and also friendly nature. She had done an amazing work on my hair. Hair colour treatment for hair and cutting, she is expert in each field. Thank you very much Gemma , definitely will come to you ! You are amazing!

Offered coffee and biscuit as soon as I arrived. Great balayage. Eloise was friendly (without being over chatty) and listened to exactly what I wanted, regularly checking with me to make sure I was happy. Service was efficient without feeling rushed at all. See photos for “after”. Very happy!!!

Base hair is an excellent salon. All staff always make you feel welcome and you're offered refreshments. I've had my hair styled by both Andreas and Michael and both stylists are highly professional. I'm always very happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend Base hair.

i went there for the first time and to be honest i was kind of afraid they would mess my hair up. but i was wrong, the girl who cut and styled my hair was really kind and good at doing her job. also the atmosphere was really nice and everything was clean. i really like the way my hair looks now and i would definitely recommend! and i didn’t have to wait even though i didn’t had an appointment :)

Very happy to have found my new hairdresser. He does a fantastic job from washing to cutting to styling. Worth every penny!The salon is light and airy, with welcoming staff who offer a beverage.

I went for a hair cut and a half head highlights and served by Andrew how done a great job on the exact hair cut I showed him and Sophie who done my highlights which turned out to be the same colour as in pic I showed.They would make conversation with you while preparing your hair which in a lot of salons you just go in and tell them what you want and not make you comfy at allThey made jokes and pulled convo and always smiling making you so comfyI have to thank them once more I would totally recommend this salon to all plus price is acceptable for the great work effort they put into it.

Made a last minute booking to get my hair coloured after another hairdresser messed up my hair, I saw Gemma and she was fantastic my hair has never looked so good!! Can’t wait to come back in 6 weeks, the salon along with the staff are amazing can’t recommend enough.

It’s hard to find a good hair salon that ticks all the boxes but this one really does! As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed in. Although I was a little early for my appointment, they brought me through and offered me a drink. The gentlemen brought me back a barista looking coffee which was lovely! I was seen by Dray who owns the salon. After a quick consult, I had my hair bleached for my balayage. It was a perfect mix of chatting when there was something to say, and simply being able to sit back and relax when there was not. Just what I like! I was delighted with the final result - it was exactly as I’d requested. I was also really grateful for the time Dray took to answer my questions about the condition of my hair and how to improve it. My highlight though was the hair wash! I absolutely love the head massage you get while having your hair washed although some salons make it too quick! Not this one! The BEST head massage I’ve had at a hair salon. Plus the shampoo smelt divine! Highly recommend the salon all round. It seemed like they cater to a wide market as I saw customers of all ages. Will be going back for sure!
