For engineer came and collected the car from home for the annual service. It was returned to us later in the day much cleaner than it was earlier! It was good to be able to watch the video of the car on the ramp and see exactly what goes on at the garage. Thank you.

Although I'm sure Tom could talk the torque I really was a lot more interested in the winter pack features and colour of my Puma. Tom worked hard to find me the spec I wanted all at a reasonable price. Recommended if your after a Ford.

I would recommend Allen Ford highly, nothing was too much trouble for them, from us looking at the car, purchasing it, and after sales help. An excellent experience from start to finish
