From the first phone call to the appointment was a lovely experience. Friendly staff that made our appointment very special for my step daughter. She was offered a choice of tiaras and veils to match her dress ready for her 1st Holy Communion, the staff made a fuss of her. Would definitely recommend

Honestly the best in the business! The ladies that run this please are just sensational. I felt so at ease taking my wedding dress to them to be altered. They were so thorough and explained every step of the alteration process to make sure I understood what changes would be made. Just don’t bother looking anywhere else! I originally booked for my wedding dress to be pressed/steamed. However I had a bad experience with another alterations lady and told Kate & Gill all about it they looked at my dress and agreed it still needed fixing due to the mess that was made. They fixed it and pressed it for me the day before my wedding and it was astonishing the fit was fabulous and the customer service was 5 star also a big thankyou to Sarah ❤️ you ladies are angels in disguise thankyou from the bottom of my heart xxxx

I purchased my dress from a different supplier that was closing down, I had been recommended to use Soar valley brides for my alterations by a friend that had used them before.The dress I had bought was a size 14 and after 2 wedding postponements and dropping my baby weight from having my daughter, I needed it to be around a size 6/8.Kate was absolutely incredible at transforming my dress to so many sizes smaller, adjusting the lace back, adding straps and a point to bustle up the dress.All the ladies in the shop made myself and all my bridesmaids feel extremely comfortable at each fitting.I would highly recommend soar valley brides for any bridal alterations. It’s a big deal a dress this important and Kate is certainly a perfectionist with her work!

Cannot fault the wonderful Ladies at Soar Valley Brides enough. They go over and above to ensure you find the perfect dress for you. Kate and Gill are wonderful and supportive throughout the whole journey.Choosing the dress, I was so indecisive, and they just kept pulling another beautiful dress based on my feedback, and finally chose the one. The fitting was amazing, no stone was left unturned and the work was unnoticeable. Kate is a magician with the sewing machine! They also managed to alter my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses at the last minute too!I felt amazing on my wedding day!!!I cannot recommend them highly enough, anyone asking I will always point them in their direction!!!
