Bingley branch were excellent at processing our Passport applications. Half an hour photographs and two applications completed, old passports sent by courier. New passports received within a fortnight. Excellent service.

Phoned Max Spielmann, Bingley branch, at 10.30 this morning to check if they did passport photos and accepted 'walk-ins'. Yes replied the helpful assistant, come down when you want, we are open until 5.30. Arrived at 10.55 to find a sign on door saying closed. Called the customer service help line - got an answer machine. Appalling customer service. Won't use them again

I came in to have some Visa pictures taken of my two kids. My youngest, a toddler was very anxious and shy. The whole process took much longer than expected, but the gentleman working was so patient and we got there in the end. It could have been really stressful but he was so kind and understanding. I'd definitely recommend it.

I attended the shop alongside my good friend Flynn Sygrove a few weeks ago, well I say alongside, I was actually folded up inside his backpack.I could sense the sales assistant approaching at quite a brisk pace and whilst I was shrouded in the darkness of the backpack, it was clear by the oncoming glow, that he had massive big bright blue eyes.The service was quick and quite frankly phenomenal.Peering through the air holes in the backpack, I caught a glimpse of this young monolith and all of his magnificent beauty.I would recommend popping into this store in the future, especially if its particularly bad weather, as you'll be greeted with open towels.All the best,God bless.

Upon entry, I was briskly approached by a gloriously good looking gentleman.He made me feel at ease instantaneously.I would advice wearing sunglasses because he is just so hot.I was dazzled by his big bright blue eyes.Phenomenal service.
