Terrible company, we booked it in advance for a few days before we moved out of our student house and they didnt arrive...finally found them wandering around trying to find parking, they then said they would be back in 10 minutes and never came back...now we are left with our carpets not professionally cleaned (as our agency had asked us) and have wasted a day waiting for them. Wouldnt advise using them as they also went and blocked our calls.

Always turned up and friendly, but quality of cleaning just not quite there. When asked for feedback we gave them some, but nothing was done about it and when we told them to terminate the contract they didn't even have the decency to reply! Had better experiences!

The review posted by Lalinder Mudhar has no basis whatsoever. We do not clean student houses and have had absolutely no contact from whoever this person is or claims to be. This review is absolutely false and so is in effect a false posting which warrants criminal intent and can be dealt with accordingly. I would welcome a communication from this person via our website to discuss this further. To add, when I clicked on this persons name to find further details it would appear that they live in the USA. Ridiculous.

Don't work for this corrupt company

Excellent company to do business with I can't recommend them highly enough!

To anyone reading these reviews East Anglia Cleaning Services would not let anyone down or just not turn up.
