We went to the Darlington store just to have a look at wedding rings. We were served by Tom and he was amazing! He helped us figure out what type of rings we wanted and I ended up going home with a beautiful wedding band. Service was impeccable, we had a good laugh and I would go back even just to natter with him, he’s an absolute gem! 10/10

New manager Gary is amazing!! He is the best thing to happen to this shop 100%. Nothing is too much for him and he really has gone the extra mile to help us get my engagement ring sorted. We will definitely be back again due to this! Also, Tom is so welcoming and is always happy to help. We really appreciate everything they’ve done.

My wife had a whole new diamond top replaced on her engagement ring. It had also been cleaned & polished whilst getting fixed it came back looking brand new. Really happy with the service from start to finish and the communication the service received from Tom when collecting it.Definitely recommend!

Our engagement ring lost a diamond due to wear and tear, and when we visited two other jewelers they told us it couldn't be done or was too expensive, when we visited H.Samuels, Denise assured us it could be done and well within our price range and when we got it back it looked better than ever, we were so pleased with it and Maria even gave us a £25 voucher too, unfortunately we had already bought the wedding ring from them before the repair. Amazing service, will definitely go back if anything else needs a repair.

Had such an amazing experience with the few people who helped us pick out a wedding band for my fiancé! Super duper friendly and helpful. I can’t remember everyone’s names but it was two ladies and someone named Tom. Super kind and helpful. All of them.

I bought an engagement ring online for my partner from H. Samuel, I took one of my partners rings into hinds for a size up which resulted in me buying a ring 3 sizes too big. I then popped into H. Samuel store in which we received a lovely greeting from Gary who amazingly helped us swap the ring for the right size ring for my Fiancé. I did not have to pay anything extra it was quick efficient and the most amazing experience I have received in a very long time. The gent is a credit to the business and we will absolutely will be returning for our weddings rings next year when we get married.
