Horace Fuller Ltd - Horsham

Went in on Saturday 08/07 as needed a part for my Dads hedge Trimmer, (primer bulb)they didn't have the part in stock but the assistant had a second hand one to get the hedge trimmer going amazing service so easily could have said no stock and goodbye. really grateful to this great company keep it up and thank-you so much. I shall be back when new tools needed as the service is 1st class.

Bought my first petrol mover via these guys in March 2021 and had used it probably no more than 20 times when the drive went. It was under warranty so I took it back to them and explained what had happened.About a week later I got a call to say it was fixed and went to pick it up and was shocked to get a bill for £70.00 which was apparently for the labour to disassemble to transmission to rectify the issue as apparently the blade had been overloaded causing the belt to jump.They added a note to say if the grass looks thick please disengage the drive and push the mower through slowly to stop the issue happening again" My question here is what constitutes thick grass ?????There are is no information in the instructions to advise on this matter and also I would have expected to be called before they spent money fixing the machine especially for an issue I was unaware of.I certainly will never be using these guys again."

Had a very similar experience to Carly carp (see earlier reviews). I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Think the member of staff must have gotten out of the wrong side of bed (again)

I purchased a Stiga grass strimmer from Horace Fuller. It's great they deliver FREE to West Sussex and called me promptly to arrange delivery. Delighted with the strimmer and the excellent service. It's great to buy from a local shop, knowing you can walk in or call and talk to experts if you have any issues/questions - thank you!

If you want your lawnmower to come back worse after a service use these guys. They don't have a clue

So glad that I didn't order on line and used this Company instead. Not only did they order and deliver a fully assembled item, but took away two old pieces of garden machinery which hopefully they will be able to use for spare parts. Thus saving more rubbish in landfill.Congratulations on providing such good customer service. Rare thing these days.

Fantastic service from the guys at Horace Fuller in Horsham, had an issue with my ride on lawn mower and they resolved it very quickly and efficiently - can highly recommend them.

Absolutely shocking service and over priced, it’s cheaper to buy new equipment than it is to get it serviced. Plus, as l stand at the service desk I was greeted with a rude member of staff that is sitting at his desk in the office looking me up and down and then proceeded to roll his eyes in the back of his head. Clearly I disturbed his conversation with a colleague.Tip for customers: go elsewhere.Tip for employees: if you don’t like serving customers, find a new job.First and last time in the shop, I will never be going back.

I was very impressed with the kind and efficient service I received from Luke this afternoon at Horace Fuller in Horsham - I had to have a casing on a cable on a Mountfield mower replaced which they kindly replaced with no charge. Would highly recommend.
