When I spoke to Fiona at Solar4good she explained all of the options we could have and how much each was. It was a totally open conversation and very refreshing. Their cost was significantly less than others we had been quoted on and once the deal was done their installation was even better. Scaffold went up quickly and panels installed soon after on the best position. All in all the whole sequence was smooth and easy from a homeowners point of view.

Good communication hassle free install and best of all exceedly good price. Unlike some firms did not try to restrict the size of my installation to the standard house size for an easy life on the admin. Easy documents all digital with online signature even better no post!

From initial discussion through to installation all went very smoothly with my transaction. Rahi provided very helpful advie and suggestions and he was patient with me and my questions. His colleagues in the various teams within the company were equally helpful all the way from installation through registering for the SEG. Have been re-assured that any questions / concerns i have going forwards will be addressed. The warranties are better than the standard so this is added peace of mind (and the quotes for the panels were market beating).

So impressed with the service before, during and after installation process. Was getting confused with the app and contacted customer services and I was explained how to use. Aftercare has still been fantastic as randomly I have questions and always helped out. Even once or twice by company directors. Well done guys keep it up.

We had 17 panels and a 9.5 kWh battery installed. The process was smooth from start to finish. Rahi and his team were excellent and thorough. In a world of solar cowboy installers, Solar4Good were excellent + 10yr workmanship warranty! We got a proposal showing how many panels and generation we'd get. Then paid a small fee for the surveyor to come out and see the roof. When we weren't happy with battery location they discussed various options we had instead. Not pushy to sell. Answered all our questions whenever they came up. Day of install was smooth and tidy. Would highly recommend!

It all started with an initial consultation which was over the phone. From the very start, I dealt with Manon. What I found impressive, was his knowledge. He made it clear, what a solar system could do and potentially achieve. He was very clear from the get go that I would still need to be dependent on grid supply mostly during autumn and winter, where the days are shorter and daylight will not be as bright. The solar system will still be producing electricity but not as much. He did a desktop survey, which would then be subjected to a physical survey, should I wanted to choose to go ahead. At this stage he confirmed the price and his recommendation on which kit would work the best. The phone call was followed by an email proposal via the opensolar platform.I decided to go with Solar4Good because of the sound advise and the non pressured approach. Manon made it quite clear that he is passionate about his company, his product, and thrives on making sure that his customers are always looked after. He went far as saying that he is they guy at the top, its his company, and customers are always looked after no matter what happens.Manon's recommendation for the givenergy set-up was bang on the money!!Trust pilot reviews were amazingly high. Some other installers were recommending Growatt, which when I looked up on trust pilot, I saw that their customer service was atrocious which did not fill me with confidence.Giveenergy and Solar4Good were the perfect solution for my home and budget.I went for the Givenergy 5KW Gen2 inverter, 9.5kw battery with 14 Canadian solar panels which was the recommended set-up for my S/W facingThe installation was booked in just a matter of days following the site survey, which did cost me £250.00, but that was knocked off the invoice value.On the day of the installation there was information that the installers were not aware of, which was spoken about with Manon during the initial consultation stage and also with the surveyor during the site survey. Apparently this was not passed onto the installation team and they were not aware of the additional works which was supposed to have been done.This caused a bit of an issue in the morning as the installers didn't have the correct size and run of cable. The installers did mention that they were not happy, mainly because they was not made aware that my outbuilding required a small rewire and a dedicated fuse board. After I spoke to Manon he ironed out the problem there and then.Jay and his colleague a 2 man team, worked really fast, and coordinated well with each other. One was on the roof installing panels and the other was doing the wiring. Jay asked how I'd like the wiring to be done and did an amazing job of keeping the installation tidy as possible.The installation team arrived 2 days later to extend the wiring and tidy up the installation due to the shortage of wiring.From my personal experience no job ever is plain sailing. There are always obstacles on the day and I felt that Solar4Good did a top job in making sure that I was happy. Riti called me on the day, and kept in touch after to make sure everything was done according to my liking. She has actually been really amazing!!I just wanted to thank the whole team at Solar4Good especially Riti for always being reachable by phone. They really do care about customer satisfaction and went above any beyond for me. With a straight 10 year warranty on workmanship, and equipment (Givenergy) it really is a no brainer!!If your thinking of getting a solar system stop thinking about it and just get it done, trust me you wont regret it.

Excellent service from solar4good. Both from the sales team and the installers. The only slight issue was with the scaffolders who if I hadn't chased them wouldn't have told me they were unable to attend on the day booked. And then only gave me 1 hours notice that they were coming to remove the scaffolding post installation.Otherwise very happy with both the service and the product.
