Booked a other coach trip this time to Blackpool . We have also been to Ireland, Isles of Man and we have just come back from Edinburgh the winock Hotel was fab.d as for the food it was fabulous plenty of gluten free options.

The MOT is very dissatisfied with this organization. For 1.5 months they began to call come to do That. They called and texted every 15 minutes. all day. They did not allow me to work - you are constantly distracted by every SMS, every 15 minutes. As far as I understood, there was no work. I did not go - So when it is convenient for them, but I arrived as expected. (I didn’t understand at all - I paid for a year of MOT, but why did I have to go through MOT almost 2 months earlier). As a result, they did not give me a certificate and said next time I would have to pay them again. It's called Making Money. What they couldn't earn over the summer when they didn't have clients. They find on whom you can charge several times the fee for passing the MOT. I won't let you cash in on me anymore. I'll just go to others. Thank you for the many years of experience with you - I will not return to you again. Do not use the same company - be sure to change !!! it's like automatically every year they take more and demand and more from you, the rewards( appetite) grow and grow. Compared with others - it turned out to be overpaid 3 times more. Good luck everyone. Be carefull !!!

Had my MOT done there again this year excellent survive as always they really go above and beyond

The lady on reception was very very helpful and went through everything involved in the outing to Liverpool.

They where very busy today as they have just launched their new 2024 brochure so had to wait a while.We just popped in to pay for a holiday in December the lady that we see is nice and always pleased to see you.

Very Very Disgusting state on board The Coach. Rubbish, Bits of Food, Stains all over seats. The List go's on and on. Shameful.

Booked a class 4 MOT this morning online at 7am, booking was for 8am. Vehicle taken straight in and done within the hour. No fuss, no dramas, a very professional service. Well done all.Would be good to have a phone number that's open when the MOT garage opens in the morning rather than 9am when the main office opens; or perhaps a chat facility on the website.
