Excellent experience and customer service. Fast, reliable and Mike goes out of his way to ensure timely carpet fitting around your needs. Steve the fitter was punctual and tidy-the carpets look amazing. Easily beat quotes and timescales of other local carpet companies. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Excellent and professional service very knowledgeable and helpful Staff.Mike was very welcoming and helpful in choosing a carpet for our flat, he allowed us to take away samples. His fitter Steve was excellent arrived on time with the carpet and did a wonderful job. We later had mats made up with left over pieces, these again we done to perfection and with in week. Highly recommend this business.

Will definitely use this company again. Moved here from North Essex and needed carpets fitted in new house. Nothing was too much trouble. Mike came out after hours to measure up and advise on what needed to be done to the flooring so that it was ready for the carpets to be laid. We were able to pay deposit by bank transfer and arrange a suitable date for fitting. Mike keep us informed and the carpets were fitted on day and time agreed. Friendly, personal service and highly recommended.

Good service and good prices. I felt that my ideas for what I had in mind were listened to and then appropriate suggestions were made. I was able to look through these choices without pressure.Getting a quote was as easy as knowing the size of the room and what carpet I wanted. For trickier spaces to measure they also will measure your room for you, which saves a lot of trouble.Really nice place as just as much choice as the big guys.

Really good guy. Could fix a mismeasured runner and turn the offcut into a mat. Very reasonable price and quoted less than a week to take the runner in, get it cut and whipped and back. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend, so helpful and welcoming, great choice and expert advice.UPDATE: Just had my daughters bedroom carpet fitted and it is gorgeous, fitter was very friendly and super speedy. Thank you all for such a wonderful job and within a week from start to finish, I will definitely be back when we need new flooring elsewhere.
