I was worried about my stuff and wanted to video the guys who were taking my luggage from me to store it. They were furious that I filmed them and said they wouldn’t take my luggage anymore. Finally they were willing to take my stuff when I showed them that I deleted the video of them. What’s wrong with me having a video that correctly shows that I gave these men my personal belongings??? I will never use this service again.

HACK: just get one big plastic bag and put all your bags in it, size does not matter, you will only be charged for one bag.We arrived with two medium sized backpacks and had additional two small items; 1 suitbag and 1 plastic bag with boots. We obviously didn't want to squish the small items into the bags, but we attached them to the original bags. They wouldn't accept this and wanted to charge us for 4 (!) Bags.Logic seemingly is out of the window so we decided to bring our bags elsewhere.Would be good to think rationally/ take sizes of bags as opposed to numbers only into consideration - hopefully my review will help the next customer out/ improve the service.

The pictures advertised show bags attached to the suitcase but when we got there that wasn't allowed which was frustrating because i didn't want to pay another 7 pounds. they never looked at my ID and asked me for a QR code each time that was never sent to me. then just gave me my bags without checking any receipt or ID. that felt unsecure.

A fast an efficient way to pay half the price of bag storage compared to the main train station in Edinburgh

Good location from station as it’s only a few minutes. Only a few minutes to sort once there

Easily accessible location. Just outside you get the bus stop. Kept couple of bags for a day and had no problem. Make sure to book online.

Service worked as described - we stored our bags (2 large suitcases) here for 5 days with no issues. Make sure to bring the email confirmation when you drop off. Don’t be thrown off that it’s just a small random-seeming store!
