Andy and Debbie cooked paella for 130 at our wedding back in July and they were brilliant.From the minute we got in touch more than a year before they couldn't have been more responsive or more helpful. We couldn't get to taste their paella at a public event so a few months before the wedding they came round to our house and cooked in our kitchen for 4 of us. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the evening. It was a great way of getting to know Andy and Debbie and really getting a feel for how committed they are to providing an excellent service.Around the wedding date, nothing was too much trouble and nothing fazed Andy. The gazebo was put up at our convenience in torrential rain but there were no issues. On the day, Andy and his team just arrived and did their thing really surreptitiously! It was only when the delicious smells started that we realised they were there!We have had so many comments from guests about the paella, all of them raving about how delicious it was, how much there was of it, how friendly the team were. The speed with which all our guests were served was incredible.We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy and Debbie to anyone. Andy, Debbie and Marcus catered our wedding at Exeter Castle back in April 2023. We initially chose Buen Apetito because they made everything easy for us – transparent pricing, clear menu options, and an easygoing initial meeting that laid out what we could expect from them. Andy and Marcus were happy to tweak the menu to fit our preferences both before and after our tasting, and what a tasting it was – we got to try some of everything and were eating delicious leftovers for days!On the day the Buen Apetito team were the perfect mix of friendly, professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran to time. Marcus catered for all dietary requirements seamlessly within the menu, and the food was delicious and plentiful. In fact plentiful is an understatement, there was So. Much. Food. Our guests left happy and full and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

OMG! We recently had a wedding booked at Country Ways nr Umberleigh and Buen Apetito was recommended to us. From start to finish, we had superb communication and a clear menu choice. The food tasting evening was absolutely fantastic with Marcus the head chef making us huge plates of food to eat, everything we had was very well cooked and top quality. On the day, we had plates of different canapes, starters, main, desert. We were all so full that we had to ask for a 30 min break between main and desert, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff couldn't have been nicer. We'd also requested an evening meal which was Marcus and his chef serving a massive paella, veggy curry and pulled pork. This was probably a step too far, nobody could move afterwards - so funny but so utterly delicious. If you want a decent plate of top class food for a special occasion, look no further. Can honestly recommend with all of my heart (and stomach). Thanks for making our special day even more special.

Andy, Debbie and the team served their delicious paella at our wedding last weekend. They were so lovely and professional to deal with throughout, and really made an effort to know what we wanted and to understand us as a couple. Everyone loved the food, and it had a really relaxed, festival feel with it cooked live in front of everyone. They had amazing attention to detail and did everything we needed and more without us being aware on the day. The staff were attentive and made sure we had our own canapés so we didn’t miss out. Highly recommend them!

If we could give 10 ⭐️ we would.They made our wedding incredible.The food was exemplary, all our guests raving about how good the food was. We had canapés, paella and evening food.We arrived late from having photographs taken and were greeted with our very own board of canapés, so thoughtful.Guests loved watching the paella being cooked in the big pans which provided a good source of entertainment and complemented our tipi reception excellently.From start to finish Andy, Debbie and the team were so friendly, attentive, easy to communicate with. They left no stone unturned thinking of things we hadn’t even thought of.Debbie cut our cake perfectly and served it on platters.They were so flexible with our timings throughout the day which needed to be pushed back slightly.If you’re getting married, choose Buen Apetito for your catering, you won’t regret it.

We used Buen Apetito for our wedding in August 2023. We honestly could not recommend them enough. They did 3 days worth of catering for us (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and every single dish we had was excellent. Even when catering for 125 people on the Saturday all the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The Paella's around the pool on the Sunday went down a treat with all guests - one we would definitely recommend. Tasha and the front of house team were excellent as well - extremely attentive and made sure everyone had enough of everything. All the team were friendly, down to earth - I really can't recommend them enough!

Where to start! Andy, Debbie, Marcus and team are absolute stars! The team provided the catering at our wedding and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. With food being such a big part of the big day, we can honestly say it was the easiest part to arrange thanks to Andy and team being so proactive and creative. We had asked for a touch of middle eastern flavours to our menu and the result was unbelievable. All the guests were raving about the food all day. We had a large number of veg/vegan guests and they were catered for so well and were ecstatic that they could eat like everyone else. The team really took the time to understand us and our guests and the end product was spot on! In the evening, we had paella and chilli which was also a big hit, and rounded the day off beautifully. The staff on the day were so great and even the smaller things like tea and coffee station were incredible. We would wholeheartedly recommend their services and wish them the very best for the future! Thank you again.

Without Andy, Debbie and their team our wedding certainly wouldn’t have been the same. From initially meeting Andy and Debbie a at our menu tasting session, to saying goodbye at the end of the night on our wedding day (this bit is a little blurry!) Buen Apetito have been an absolute pleasure to communicate and work with.The menu tasting was one of our favorite planning experiences and it was a really special evening for both of us and our families to spend the evening trying lots of extremely delicious food. It was also great to spend some time with Andy and Debbie and we all felt so reassured and excited to know they would be joining us on our big day.Planning a wedding can feel stressful and overwhelming at times but Andy was always at the end of the phone to help with any questions, advice or just to give us some reassurance we had everything under control.On our wedding day, the food was fantastic. Having Paella cooking in front of our guests added to the atmosphere and certainly made everyone hungry! So many of our friends and family said how delicious both the paella for our wedding breakfast and pulled pork buns in the evening were – many of them having seconds!Buen Apetito were not just our caterers, but they also provided the cutlery and plates, poured and served our welcome drinks and delicious (even keeping a secret canape stash for Liam and I), served our wedding breakfast, adapted timings as and when needed, helped clear plates and glasses, served our evening food and became great friends for the weekend!We cannot recommend Andy and the team enough. I cant recommend Buen Apetito highly enough. We had our daughter s wedding 2w ago and everything was completely perfect from the first provisional arrangements, through to our own personal tasting, to their arrival set up, help before , during and after the busy day ( the windiest day of the summer!) and of course the really delicious food. Andy and Debbie were so kind, caring and professional. They travelled from Devon to Middlesex with their staff and were happy to help with everything from the drinks at the ceremony venue and back to the home where we had a marquee. They were keen to help with all the different dietary requirements providing different types of paella, delicious canapes, sharing platters and wonderful desserts. We have had so many letters of thanks and the food was an alternative delicious very well received banquet! The home made evening food of pulled pork burgers and cheese was also very well received and helping with cutting the cake, tea and coffee was wonderful. We did not have to worry about anything on the day and helped to make it more fun and relaxed. Huge thanks to Any and Debbie and their team !

I don't have enough positive words to express how brilliant Buen Apetito were for our wedding earlier this month. Andy, Debbie and Marcus put on an absolutely amazing tasting a few weeks before our wedding - Marcus even created a special twist to create my favourite dessert (chocolate orange). The service by the team on the day itself was exemplary - so polite, attentive and thoughtful. The food was as amazing - we had messages in the days following telling us how much they had loved every bit of it. We even had some burgers and paella the next day as we were tidying up the venue to continue to reminisce about how good the day was! Thank you all so so much - we are so glad you were such a key part of our day.
