Arrived 7 mins after I phoned him. Luckily he was a few hundred meters away just finishing a job, so I wont expect a 7 min response every time. Found fault and had spare in van, so job done within 30 mins!!

This guy is excellent, I used his repair services for years on washers, dryers and even fridges. Cannot recommend Norman highly enough. Great service, very friendly and reasonably priced too.

Norwoods Electricals (“Woods”) exceeded all expectations. I phoned the company as I had a fault with my washing machine. This was at 9:30. I was visited one hour later. As anticipated a repair was not cost effective. They offered me a new washing machine at a very competitive price (taking installation and collection of old machine into consideration). The new machine was installed by 2:30 pm on the same day. Fantastic service. For new appliances consider this company before the likes of Curry’s etc.

Phoned Norwood because there was error message flashing on washing machine so machine wouldn’t work. Engineer explained the cause of problem and how to put it right and to phone again if there were any problems. Explanation was easy to follow and solved the problem. They could have come to my home to carry out the job and charge me for their time but they provided self help advice instead. Exceptional customer service. Would recommend.

Couldn't be more impressed with this company.They managed to find a cooker element for me on Christmas Eve, waited for me to collect it, and charged a fair price too. Great, reliable advice and service from a fellow who really knows what he's doing! Highly reccomended.

A fantastic company to deal with.Fred came out twice to try and resolve the problem but unfortunately my dishwasher had seen better days. Arranged and delivered a new one next day and installed it as well.A pleasure to deal with and will certainly use them again.

i called Mr Woods on an evening and he answered my call. He came out the next day and repaired my washing machine and checked the machine over. Very impressed, he was covid aware, extremely reasonable and i would highly recommend him.
