Had a puncture to fix at the end of working day. Called in beforehand to check the availability, very friendly staff sorted it out in 25 min. There’s a cafeteria in the shop if you waiting longer or just popping by. Shop is clean and very professional

I've been looking for a bike since early 2020 and this is the first place I've been with a more than decent stock and variety! Besides this, the staff is knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and they have free delivery and lots of accessories! 100% would recommend :)

I took my sons bike in for a new front cog setup, they matched it up to the rear set and attached the pedals I bought elsewhere. My sons bike now performs as it should thanks to the guys at Cage A.I would highly recommend their service and you can also enjoy a great cup of fresh coffee whilst you browse or wait, I don't see Halfords offering that.I will happily use them again whenever I have bike related problems.

We came in tonight to see if we could get some help after our bike had been stolen. The team in store tonight were very helpful, reprinted a receipt for us and gave advice on how to make a claim for this. Thankyou!

Warm and welcoming, great knowledge and advice, nothing is too much trouble.We needed a new bike for my 5yr old boy who was finding his 16 wheel bike a little cramped due to being very tall for his age

In June I purchased an ebike for my wife which when used on our holiday in the Lakes she was over the moon with it. When we purchased it the service was very good and professional with all questions confidently answered. We also bought a cycle rack all items of very good quality. Yesterday I decided to buy an ebike so we returned and I bought myself a Forme Curbar with many extras which were all fitted ready for me to collect later.May I say that if you want a good quality bike then this is the place to go without a doubt.

Got x2 E-bikes from cage A was unsure on what to get as never had one before. The staff was great and helpful even delivered my bike locally. The bikes was ready on time and they helped with any questions I had. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will be taking my custom here from now on. Great service and awesome bikes thank you again.

Fantastic range of bike's, accessories and parts. Vrey knowledgeable staff who was more than happy to help and gave me some good advice on some problems I was having with my bike and I also found out that they have a fully equipped workshop in the back for bike and e-bike repairs
