JDM served us well in the five years we rented a property managed by them. At first, the service was less efficient, but became better and better. Over the last year or two it has been excellent. Debbie Rush has been very easy to communicate with and is resourceful and efficient. Mark Horak has also been extremely approachable, willing to help and well organised. I would recommend JDM to anyone who would like a good team to manage their rental property.

Took a little longer than expected to relet and the rental achieved was lower than estimated. However the team are pleasant and straightforward to deal with. Lili-May in particular persevered in achieving an amicable compromise with the deposit deductions.

As a renter/tenant, I cannot beat the ease of communication, openness and prompt responses.Mark, Patricia and Annie have been incredibly helpful throughout the process, and have quickly and efficiently ironed out any issues (minor items such as a damaged blind upon check in). I also have to say that the inventory that was conducted was incredibly thorough.Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to speak to. Honestly cannot fault these guys at all and would highly recommend.
