Easily accessible in my powerchair ♿ on my own. Good system for in and out and good selection of hot tasty sandwiches, pastries, baguettes and cakes etc.Gregg's do THE best coffee and if you down load the app for your phone you can save loads by getting a freeby every few visits.Staff are always pleasant and friendly and are considerate and bring my coffee round to me when possible if I can't reach.Value for money is great, something for everyone, and you can even wean your kids on their sausage rolls!I Would recommend the hot chicken and bacon toasties. They are lush with loads of filling. Better than Costa's sized servings. If this store is very busy, use the Gregg's by the old Argos, staff are fabulous there too. Greggs is always consistent locally.

10am and they’ve ran out of pretty much all hot food! No bacon, no sausages, no egg! All the bakes were absolutely freezing cold and one person on the till despite the queue being out the doors! Useless!

I much prefer this one over the other Gregg's near House of Fraser. The staff are on the ball and the counter is often topped up.Most of the time the savouries are hot or warm.Located near most of the bus stops and McDonald's.Worth a try.

Small shop, not enough room for pushchairs or wheelchairs to get through, I had to have several people move stuff in the shop or help me get through. We wanted a ham sandwich for the children and was only 1 the member of staff heard us as she was by the fridges she didn't even offer to look for another one.

Rude staff, never any food (hot or cold) out past 4 despite being open to 7. Go to the one by Ted's instead

Shocking customer service this morning,,,,8 people waiting in the rain at 6.30 shop, should be open @)6 according to shop sign and google, workers looked over at customers several times without giving any information, had to bang on the glass doors to get a response, only then did they say it was 7am opening time as they were running late…All customers p&ssed off and very wet

Good food, lovely staff, only problem was a man came in a stole some cakes and kept hovering around the door after, which I didn't like but that's not the fault of Greggs

I’ve been in a few times, it’s a lovely little shop always stocked up but I must say the butch woman working on the tills needs some customer service lessons. She’s aggressive and rude, however not all staff are like that. Recently I was served by the lovely Muslim girl she had a smile and was patient with me. Maybe the butch woman should take some customer service lessons from her
