Best cafe in Liverpool #Fact

Its very bad service, the call out fee charge £98+VAT only stayed 20 minutes for checking then tell me it need change a part and repair, OFF COURSE I KNOW ITS NEDD REPAIR ! ! That's why I booked a engineer come to fix it at 8am! The engineer told me that need order a part and book another time to fix it , it will cost the part however it cost plus 2 hours of engineer fee £196+VAT, its a fryer !!!!, the repair cost nearly £400 and that money can buy a new fryer!!! Very annoying and won't buy this brand anymore and won't book any repair service from this company !!!

We are a small Community Charity in North Liverpool. Having organised our summer event, we found that our griddle was not working properly. Rang DCE and they sent one of their engineers out. His name was Joe, he was able to repair the griddle and we were good to go with our summer event. I will be recommending DCE to all our colleagues and partners. Joe portrayed the company in a very positive light and provided an 'Excellent Quality of Service'. Terrible company, customer service is not great either, what was meant to be a one day job with one part needed, turned into 6 days of scratching heads and I don't knows.Will not be using again and will be warning others

DCE were able to send an engineer within two hours, who was very professional and efficient.Very happy with the service.
