I needed a double bed and mattress removed from an annexe, involving stairs. Emily answered the ‘phone promptly and asked meto send a few photos. The quote was competitive and the job arranged for the next day. Neil was slightly late, but he called to apologise. It wasn’t an issue, these things happen.The bed and mattress were removed with no fuss. Neil was friendly and polite, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Emily. Handy man and van are very efficient. During this busy time of the year they were able to fit me in on the day I booked them, (south Milton Keynes area), awesome! Their website is clear and easy to use and i ended up calling them just to add some specific details and they were able to carry out what I requested. There was communication via text messaging also, so I knew roughly what time they were arriving and how long the job would take. They took my 3 & 2 seater sofas and my super king mattress.
