I had some logos designed by Africa Selby, and after giving her an idea of what I was looking for, she created 6 creative logos that really closely resembled what I had described. There were a good amount of varied designs to choose from as well and the brand colours were spot on. She clearly has a creative eye for design and would be a credit to Byzz Plus. She was quick to respond and the turn around for the logos was also really quick. Many thanks!

I've just received my website report and I am very impressed. It is incredibly detailed whilst also still being clearly laid out and easy to understand. Overall, some very creative designs and ideas. There was a lot fo choice in terms of the designs and I liked how they made me think.I would have preferred to be asked more questions about what I want in my design and the overall outcome, as I had my own ideas, but Africa spoke with me and altered one to suit me more.Thank you for the good service and quality designs and logos.

Alex did a website and SEO audit for our company recently which was excellent and detailed all the areas that needed improvement and suggestions on how to implement these changes. He kindly put together a video detailing his findings which was clear and concise and I found it very useful. Bob, Byzz Plus genius sales person hooked us up into their SEO service after 2 months of chasing. What started good ended in a disaster.We provided everything hat Byzz needed to start our SEO service, Our Manager (Sarah) was responsive and we had meetings for the first 1-2 months. After that she seemed to disappear and come back with a reply in 2 weeks, then we reply and the same story continues..We noticed that they do not provide the full service for which we paid, we started asking questions, Sarah came back stating that we do not have local SEO, that's the reason, however the hours of work were not allocated towards a different project.I had enough so I contacted their management, Lauren got back to us and was helpful, she investigated and sent us a report, and agreed that their service was poor, she promised us a refund for April as they did no work at all on the website, it was June when I check that their last log-in to the website was in April, this refund did not arrive in the promised time frame, I sent 3 different emails, before sending the final email, in which I threated them with a few agencies, next day, a refund email arrives.Overall this company is terrible, they do not know have to deal with customer service and are just money collectors, nothing else.I have email conversations still saved for references!!!
