Impressive service. Sent up a roll of C41 for process/9x6 print/scan and service very quick and quality excellent. Emails answered quickly and courteously and will be sending the next roll up once finished. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Posted 9 rolls of film Wednesday evening from London, received everything back along with scanned copies on USB stick on Monday, 1st class delivery, double packed. Great development, scans were perfect too. For their professional service it's priced very well, definitely cheaper than London labs. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. Zero complaints. Highly recommended. Will be my go-to lab from now on!

I realise I've had 45 rolls, black and white, colour negative and slide processed here now. They've always come back quickly, nicely packed, with fine grain and with great consistency across orders.I like the Freepost label that comes back with each order.Also like that there's no extra charge for speed change (push & pull).Negatives come back in A4 sleeves that can be ring bound, rather that the more common folded up plastic sleeves.My go-to lab, and I've tried quite a few in the past few years.

Used these as my go-to lab for 10 years now after a tip via APUG.org. World class lab. I've recently sent them about 36 rolls of film from a wedding shoot and they developed it and scanned it really well in two days. Every negative perfectly dealt with. Always friendly and always helpful. And flexible too. Can't recommend enough. Regarding costs : film is expensive to deal with these days no matter who deals with it for you. For the assurance of a UK lab, I find their prices competitive.

Quality costs but here it's worth the extra £s.Every now and then I need something special scanned / printed / produced and this is the only place I trust to provide consistent quality colour, product and service.Staff are *very* knowledgeable (and patient!). Turn around times are quick too.

Never had any problems with these guys and it’s nice to have an independent developing spot . I’ve also sent in my negatives before during the first lockdown and their service was also flawless . All returned within a week of me posting them off . Can’t be faulted in my opinion ! I only wish I lived closer to them !

Brilliant service. Had two films processed here in the last 2 weeks, returned to me in less than 48 hours. Negatives are beautiful and the colours are perfect, great friendly customer service and overall a great company. Highly Recommend:)

After trying a few places, The Darkroom UK are the lab I now always use. I typically use the develop and scan service via post, and service is flawless. Turnaround time is usually a couple of days, and I've even had scans back within a day! I'm not a professional just an enthusiastic hobbyist, but more than happy with the service and quality. They even provide a freepost label to send film in. Couldn't ask for more. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very happy with the overall product and the speed of developing. I sent my film off on a Wednesday evening, and by Friday morning I recieved the scans through WeTransfer! Great service, will be coming back!
