It's a sensory overload, the marketing team did a right number on this site.It is so bright and colourful, you cannot see the section signs. I was going round in circles trying to find what I needed and half of the staff didn't look helpful they were hiding behind a post to have a gossip.Gave up and went to boots

We visited the Merry hill store today as my daughter was having problems with her recently piercings, Claire the assistant manager was brilliant she she fully understood the problem, reassured us and help resolve the problem.

Took 30 minutes just to make a purchase. There was an offer on hair dye, so I grabbed them, and then when scanned at till the deal, It never came up, I questioned the lady why it hasn't she continued to tell me there was no deal. I told her it clearly says on the display the deal I had to take the women to the Isle to show her and even then she kept saying there was no deal. She then got the manager who took 15 mins to come to the tills for the problem and walk down the Isle, which was right next to the till! And they walked back to the tills like a snail. All in around half hrs just to pay for some freaking hair dye won't be returning to store again!!! Get better staff lazy gits!!

I just wanted to give a lovely review for Claire who was on fragrances today 20.05.23 in the merry hill store she was so enthusiastic, lovely and knowledgeable in helping my partner pick a fragrance and made us both smile. Thank you Claire x

It's ok. Staff are friendly and it's laid out well. My main gripe is the baskets are grubby, covered in makeup and stickers. Not very hygienic.Prices are better than Boots on quite a few things. I still go to Savers if I can, as it's the same shop just their no frills brand!

Couldn't find what I was looking for and all shop floor staff were too busy talking to each other or joking about so went to The Range.
