Bought a vape from this shop and within less than a day the vape had ran out. This has never happened to me before as I don’t smoke them a lot through the day and also have work which prevents me from doing so. I went back to speak to someone and they refused to offer me another one or refund. They said it’s not his fault and I’d have to contact the company who made the vape. Really disappointed with the outcome and how the person didn’t want to deal with the issue. Normally if you buy something from a shop and you are not happy with it, the shop deals with the issue not the manufacturer
