I couldn't more highly recommend Nick. He is obviously very experienced and passionate about his work. I instructed him to provide me with a survey on a property im in the process of buying. He provided me with a very extensive detailed list on all defects on the property, along with photo evidence. We met and he explained all his findings and gave recommendations on how urgently the defects need to be addressed, what's involved and recommended fixes, and estimated costs. As a first time buyer, he gave me reassurance and advised how I move forward with the findings.The best thing, I felt was the personal touches and the level of professionalism. Nick is very responsive and personable.No question in my mind, if you need a surveyor, go with Nick!
