Absolutely the best fish and chips in Huddersfield, fresh chips, perfectly baked fish, delicious!.. what a hidden gem. Well done to the team!

Took 30 minutes of waiting to be told they had ran out of cheese. Friends meal had barely any curry sauce and somehow took half the time to arrive compared to my smaller order.

Have visited a few times now since I've started working around the corner. The food has been consistently good with friendly service! The light lunch deal is very good value for money, the fish I've had each time is lovely, I can't fault the food and portions at all. Only small criticism I have is that sometimes service when eating in can be a little slow to take your order which if you're on a lunch break can make you then have to rush eat when your food comes.

Very traditional chippy - prices low for the very good quality food. When staff found out we were from our of town and our first visit we got an extra curry sauce on the house. We also had smallest portions- that weren't that small. Good value good service with smiles and also clean.

Piping hot and delicious fish'n'chips, with pot of tea and bread and butter, £7.50 to eat in... fantastic value. The same thing costs more at my local chippie to take way!
