Prior to Covid it was never an issue getting through to the doctor but recently as they only doing virtual appointments it's been difficult to get through. I really would appreciate if they offered face to face appointments soon, apart from that the Doctors and Nurses are good but Dr Joseph is an amazing Doctor who makes you feel at ease and will resolve what ever the issue you've come in with.

The worst medical center.I am dying with lots of illnesses and I tried to make an appointment but they said I can't its too late.The time i went there to make an was 8:30AM. Shame on this kind of Doctor, and their Surgery.

Dr. Singh is so unprofessional, he doesn't listen to me told him i got a bone fracture he gaves me some naproxen for muscle inflammation like tf, the receptionist are just rude af, SHUT IT DOWN.

Dr Singh should not be practicing as a GP as he is always concerned about his budget from the NHS and not the welfare of his patients.He doesn’t understand the simple referral processes and the NICE guidelines that outline the steps to patient care. This man has shown no understanding or concern for my physical symptoms and has treated me below basic CQC standards. He needs to be reported to the GMC as his practice is questionable. Please if you love yourself or your loved ones then do not attend this surgery.

I’ve been chasing my medicine since one week and nothing been sent out to pharmacy spoke to GP on Monday she said you can collect after 4 pm today made trip to pharmacy no rang back spoke to female staff they said we will do it not you can collect tomorrow. Again went there no medication and same story repeated. Shameful service they need to take things more seriously.

The worst medical surgery in derby my biggest mistake ever Dr's have no idea how to treat they think we are animals just give them a paracetamol for every think,I am struggling 3 years with my tonsils and they saying this most happens 7 time a year to remove them .

Been with this doctor surgery Ever since the day I was born and me and my family have never ever had a problem with Dr Singh surgery. I have always been seen my Dr singh as a kid and now Dr Joseph as well; they’ve always helped me whenever I’ve needed it. For the people complaining about there accent I’m sorry to say most the doctors in the hospital don’t have the same accent as you you cannot discriminate a doctor who has been there for so many years over there accent . Overall this surgery has always helped me and always been there for me as well as my family and relatives and I would definitely recommend them.

Mr singh told me that i just had an allergy but i had tumor in my eye. He didn’t even tell me go to emergency or eye casualty. I got to now about this so many months later and i am devastated and right now i am in a situation where i can’t make the best decision. Worst experience Of my life.

Very useless GP Surgery. Every time you call them and after waiting half an hour someone rude will pick up your phone and say we are fully booked. Call us tomorrow. And their tomorrow never come. What a joke

I just wanted to praise a wonderful nurse at your surgery for her welcoming and friendly nature. It was my first time at the practice and Reena made me feel very at ease and was professional, informative and efficient. I don't think people give enough praise where its due and I felt she deserved to know. Thank you Reena.
