Was looking for taxi MOT centre which is next door got the wrong garage which was this one asked one of the mechanics where the office was and he pointed so I went in and immediately got thrown out by the bolshsy woman in there after she shouted get out we don't do taxi Mots it's next door at the council I wouldn't even give them one star if I could one way of driving customers away and work drying up beam me up snotty go to the council MOT centre across road at least you get a good service from them and get treat with respect anyone can get the wrong garage but there's no need to be downright nasty about it

Lionheart came out this morning after my car hit a pothole and I needed a replacement tyre. Despite the breakdown call centre giving them entirely the wrong information, Keith that came out could not have been more helpful and helped me source a new tyre and recovered me to a local garage for a new tyre within no time. Absolutely spot on, can't fault the service I received.

Lionheart Vehicle Recovery: The starter motor ceased to function as we were parked up at the coast beside Warkworth. After calling Narpo Rescue, Lionheart arrived very promptly and on a day during the festive holidays when all garages in and around Alnwick were closed for business. After inspecting the engine, Lionheart transported the vehicle down the motorway and across to a garage in Fullwell, Sunderland, where it is now awaiting a part to get back on the road. This was our second recovery by Lionheart Garage and we couldn't speak highly enough of both mechanics and the overall attention to customer service. Both were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and general good banter.

Professional, reliable, and super fast for recovery. Lovely lad who assisted with a breakdown for my elderly relative, very polite, friendly and stayed calm and reassured me. Lionheart attended our van as a breakdown service when we found ourselves locked out the vehicle. They arrived promptly and the mechanic was excellent and assured us he would do everything possible to a avoid having to break a window to gain access. Sure enough, after trying a few different methods, he managed to open a door without any damage.A courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service and now a garage I'll definitely use in future for servicing and repairs. Absolutely fantastic service - was recovered through Autoaid, and even though I was told they were snowed under with work and couldn't look at clutch for at least ten day, I got a phone call after just one week. Clutch was fixed, MoT also done and price was very reasonable. Thank you so very much

Just a great bunch of people, really happy to help. I was stick in a tricky spot when a small bash left my car un-drivable. I was stuck two hours from home with few options, but these guys were friendly, helpful, sensibly priced and made the whole experience painless. It really took the stress out of an otherwise horrid situation. Would highly recommend!
