Barclays Bank

Never been here before it was my first time at first staff were friendly saw a guy about opening an account he seemed really nice then he said I'll call you Tuesday or Wednesday never happend I have health issues and this branch is out of the way for me when I rang barclays yesterday they said account is closed I said I closed it myself about 3 years ago the guy said he should have opened a new account instead of trying to open the old account now I have to go into another branch and show all my I'd and everything again cause the guy at this dudlet branch didn't D jo his ob properly I have a operation of the eyes on Tuesday and Wednesday I gave to go into the branch in my local town seriously not happy at all will be putting in a complaint

I've banked with Barclays all my life but sadly I've seen the bank stedley go down hill masses of bank closers for no reason my local one closed I now have to travel 2 miles for my nerest one just one counter to deal with enquiries paying in change and more when there's lots of desks being unused why is there staff every we're doing nothing it would be a good idea to bring back counters for them to sit at and serve loyal customers but no you have to wait in a locked line of people the bank that don't care cash machines no one can use and much more I'm leaving after all these years if this bank doesn't care why should any of its customers

First time at this branch, recommended by my Barclays local Trevor!We had a superb experience and Karen was an absolute star we got our issue sorted and some more.Can not emphasis the importance of that in person experience that the app just couldn’t do

Very helpful staff.mainly machines to do transactions.some counters.does get busy but you don't have to wait long.

Barclays these days is a lot more self-service, no personal interaction unless needed.Everything is done by machine now, saving money is the thing for them now. Maybe they should give us a better saving rate.You know, it's just a bank, a bit boring really. Bring back the cashiers.

Website showing closed at 4 30 on Mondays got to bank to find it closed at 3 pm

Opening hours do not match , came after work(Friday at 3.30) , but the branch was closed, such a waste of time.

They just aren’t bothered about the customer anymore. Awfully long service waits. Opening hours which are only any good if you’re unemployed. It’s honestly the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Definitely will be switching after this experience.

How can one of the only branches left in the area only open 9.30 til 2 on three weekdays? I have a job so how am I supposed to use the bank?
