Sky Nails at Scintilliate Salon

I'm very happy with my nails, the man did a great job ! This is the best acrylic nails I've ever done with a reasonable price, plus a discount! An amazing customer service. I strongly recommend this nails salon!

came in for acrylic manicure. the nail tech glued the tips on slightly crooked, then spent too long of a time (at least 30mins) after applying acrylic filing the nails down. I didn't notice until after leaving, but she filed down one side of my natural nails so the tips wouldn't look as crooked. She could've reapplied the tips once she noticed, instead of wasting both of our time and hurting my nailbed. It hurt for a week until my natural nail grew a bit. I get my nails done regularly at different salons, this is not standard procedure whatsoever.Edit: not sure how to reply to owner's comment. Like stated, I didn't notice they were crooked until after leaving and noticing the pain. I'm very sure the technician knew, however, as she spent so much time trying to reshape after applying acrylic paste. You have asked me to leave a review, so I am. I do not want your money, nor to fail your business, I am sharing my experience. I'm glad other people have had a good experience.

Really great attention to detail, didn’t skip a step, good shaping. Really took time and care and super patient with me wanting to the change lengths. Thank you!!

Customer service was very bad and the pricing was dubiousI got a pedicure and attempted to get an ombre acrylic set (but there was no gradient/ fade- there was a very harsh transition between the two colours, so I didn't continue with the service )Firstly, the acyclic on my big toe was not applied straight and informed her during the service she redid it and it was a little better but still very wonky.As well as this, I was very disappointed when she removed the dead skin on my foot, when she said she was finished I was still able to remove dead skin with my nail- which should not be the case.Before my appointment, I called in as I had an offer and wanted to be sure I could use it, also confirmed this before the service.Upon paying I was told there were certain services that were excluded and not all discounts would be applied.This was further frustrating as the only reason I took a risk with this place was that it would be slightly cheaper with the discount.In the end, I was out of pocket and went to another shop to redo my nails. I could not think of a worse nail experience as technical was very short with me when I asked for the changes and took a considerable amount of time with a very poor result.

I went in this saloon just for gel removal and I’m very happy with the service. Thomas is very good. He takes good care of your nails, after the removal they turn out to be fine and still strong. I recommend !
