I'm so thankful for this amazing surgery and its staff. I've been in a&e for a total of 17 hours over 2 days with the most horrendous nerve pain I've ever had. After no answers, lots of sitting around in agony and getting passed from waiting room to waiting room with no pain relief other than 2 paracetamol, I gave up and went to my GP, which gave me an emergency appointment within an hour of calling, and a prescription for some stronger pain relief another hour later. It's the first time I've not being in crippling pain since it started on Tuesday and the first time I've slept. A huge thank you to all the staff there.

General 30 minute wait on hold to book appointments and repeat prescriptions. Everything has moved to AskmyGp so the customer has to do everything. Very poor service.

I understand the pressures and strains of NHS and GP surgeries but I honestly feel let down with the practice with the more complex issues. Follow ups and care is not up to standard. Very Good for quick illnesses but not for complex issues.I hope this changes soon because otherwise a relatively nice surgery.

The system this surgery uses is not designed to be kind to patients. ASKGP is an emailed based system completely impersonal whereby you are treated like a computer not a human being. How can GPs' judge a patient without even seeing or speaking to the patient. Complete lack of empathy to patient and great for protecting GPs' from patients, disgraceful.

At this difficult time of year along with the additional pressures of Strep A and COVID I wanted to thank you. I sent a request in at just after 7am this morning on ‘ask my GP’ and at 8.30am you were calling me with an appointment for 9am!!!. GP’s are getting a lot of stick at the moment but you are phenomenal. Thank you..

Been with this practice since 2005 and noticed some of the neg feedback here which prompted me to write this review.Fantastic all round service, polite and professional. Never had a bad experience when caring for our family. They get busy and no doubt covid caused massive problems but to be honest we can't fault them.THANK YOU

Absolutely appalling.. I have used the ask my GP and the last 3 times absolutely ignored and disregarded by some Dr Williams, they never call me back just tell me I need to get to the surgery but I live in Fiskerton with no transport, consequently the reason I contacted in the first place because of how I lost my car I’ve not been sleeping… all I’m told is I need counciling … end of discussion. My son had a pre school jab booked so I ordered a taxi cost £13.80 got there checked in went past our slot so I went to reception they told me the appointment was cancelled, we tried to call you…. Sorry tried!!! No missed calls, no voice mail, no text and no email so I wouldn’t call that trying….. last straw for me I’m changing surgeries.

Recently had to contact the surgery over my right eye, initially had a phone call with a Doctor who said to come in. She gave my eyes a thorough inspection, then contacted the eye clinic at Lincoln County, made an appointment for them to see me the following day. Wonderful treatment from start to finish, I've never had any trouble with any staff here. I was a patient here in 1976 until 2004, then I returned in 2018. Huge practice now but brilliant!!!

A prime example of what happens when you allow Tory donating property developers to build new housing estates on the edge of villages without taking into the account their actions on local services. You literally can't get a space here now, appointments are few and far between, and when you do eventually get one, you're left sat waiting in a germ infested waiting for 30 mins (at least) waiting to be called in! Do yourselves a favour and don't a) get ill b) don't live anywhere where they're likely to throw up a huge housing estate!!

Very frustrating to take time out from work and looking after my disabled children to turn up on time only to be made late by the lack of parking and cars blocking the entrance and exit trying to get in and out. To then be held at reception by the receptionist to check the doctor can see me, waiting 10 minutes only to hear my name called as the doctors were also obviously running late too! Then having to reschedule the appointment because by the time the receptionist realised my name had been called, the next patient had gone in. I am well aware of how precious time is in a doctors surgery, but so is mine! You also marked me as DNA, bad form!Update! Had an appointment with a nurse to get bloods done, no parking again but wasn’t blocked by other cars this time so found a spot outside and got in on time. 8:30 appointment and went in on time, nurse listened to me when I suggested an arm and place so bloods taken quickly and straight out, thank you
