I would never use these again really rude on the phone I didn't even get to use the discount code either blinds are shocking I got a blind that had been matched in the middle

Second time we have used Flair blinds and cannot fault the products or the service. We bought online from one of the big companies two years ago and they were twice the price of Flair Blinds but exactly the same quality. We will definitely use again.

Used for years - spot on,,But -Need to sort out web page for opening times , it just opens when it feels like

Had an afternoon appointment where they didn’t turn up until 4;30pm , half an hour before shop closed to fit 5 blinds. I was told old fittings would be removed and taken away but I was left to dispose of them myself along with the empty cardboard boxes and plastic wrapping that were left behind from new blinds. The fitter left a lost of debris on window sills and screws , wall plugs lying on floor of which pets could of easily chewed and swallowed . Then fitter demanded that I paid the large remainder of bill before he left which I was told by firm that I could pay on instalments as long as they had a deposit to secure a fitting date

Zero after care - We have used Flair Blinds for years and the products have always been very good but the aftercare i have just received is none existent - I have just had my windows done and the fittings and drill holes where the blinds once were have now been covered up so they need re-fitting. I spoke to the lady in the shop on the phone who said that they are no longer providing any post sale product care and would not come out to re-fit my blinds. Its even more annoying as we specifically asked the fitter when he fitted our blinds if they would do the re-fit as we have been planning the new windows for over a year now, which he said they would be able to do without issue. In addition, had the call continued, I was just about to order two new sets of blinds for our kitchen and bathroom too but that sale will now go elsewhere. I feel very let down after all the custom i have given them over the years (we have used them for 15yrs on numerous properties), they seem happy to take the money for a new product but dont want to help out when i need them for after care.

Very professional service and very reasonable costs. I would definitely recommend this company.
