What a shocking experience, I have never been in somewhere so dirty in my life. Staff were rude and unhelpful, food was over priced and burnt. Staff member actually commented that the cafe had gone down hill. Morrisons is neglecting the cafe and customers!

Waited 35 minutes for what can only be described as a pile of grease. The bacon was cold the fried egg over cooked and dripping in grease that was piled onto a plate full of beans ( go back to putting the beans in a little bowl) all I could taste was egg grease.. it was absolutely awful.. I know the staff don’t have much pride in what they serve, They are very obviously great ingredients however spoiled by the cooking by staff that really don’t seem to care !!!

Staff need training or replacing. We went 31.12.21. Sat at the table and ordered food through the app. Went to grab our coffees, machine was out of milk, told someone right away but waited 15 minutes for someone to come change it despite the fact the cafe was quiet. Food arrived not long after, it was okay, nothing to rave about but wasn't bad. Went up to get a slice of cake afterwards. Went straight to the till to pay, no one there. A lady was cleaning the tables and just kept staring at me but wouldn't come over to serve me. About 20 minutes and a long queue later another lady finally appeared but she decided it was more important to change the milk on the machine again rather than getting the queue down. Eventually she came over, didn't say anything and just gave me this disgusting look as if to say well

I've given this cafe and its staff 4 chances now but they keep failing miserably - no staff around, no hot food available, so this time greggs got my money and I got good service and good food - shame on morrisons

Literally the worst cafe experience of my life, ordered poached eggs and avocado on toast, what came a mashed, bitter tasting, un ripe green squashed and mashed mess with two very hard boiled eggs on top, disgusting doesn’t come close to describing how bad this was, on complaining I accepted a small fried breakfast which included bacon which was only fit for shoe leather, I’m also convinced the butter provided with the breakfast was off, just didn’t taste right at all, obviously no quality control and anything goes, not a cafe I will ever return too. On the plus side, staff were helpful and understanding and did their best to help.

This cafe used to be really good at one time but it's went downhill drastically, you wait ages at the till because there's nobody there, you wait awhile for your food coming and when that arrives items are missing, half the staff can't be bothered and are rude.

used to love going to this cafe as a child, now the foods just appalling, certainly not worth the prices. cake slices either are really dry or have a hair in it. don't want to be having that when spending over 2 pounds. even then i could've just bought a cake within Morrisons for 5 pounds.Very slow service. missed how it used to be. the staff are lovely though

Been there for breakfast today. Large breakfast for me and my partner including coffee £12.60. Not worth it in my view. Food was poor quality, swimming in grease and Luke warm. Service needs improving as a 1st time visitor I did not know that you had to look for a clean cup and no instruction on how or where to get your coffee. Wouldn't recommend it for breakfast to anyone.

Always found staff lovely, the food good value and especially lately due to offer. Easy access, it can get rather busy at peak times so queueing. Remember to get a table number, at busy times you will be allocated seating, due to rules.

Absolutely appalling, this is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to have been to. The staff are rude and disrespectful to the customers.The staff even engorged the customer waiting to be served, then had the absolute cheek to snap at the customer in front of us. The cafe is disgusting the tables are dirty and the floors have not seen a sweeping brush for goodness know how long. This is not a one off either, we use to go regularly but we will definitely not be either visiting the cafe or shop again.
