Website lost them a point because it doesn't tell you, when ordering, when you can pick up you're click and collect item. I can usually pick up stuff within the hour of ordering, but this time they said it would be available in 3 days time! They only let me know when I had paid. I went to the nearest branch to get my money back as I needed the item immediately, the counter staff were brilliant. Very quickly changed my order, got me a refund and we're very nice about it.

I ordered light bulbs and they were wrong size. MY FAULT didn't order right product. However a staff member helped me and was happy to help me with no hassle unlike some stores. Thank you so much ALICE so appreciated and it was the right product. If only more people had her attitude. Thanks again!!

Unfortunately didn't get the name of the guy that served me, but he could not have been more helpful. Helped me find the right type of fused switch to replace the really old one I had and then compared it to the old one so it all matched. Really appreciated.

The counter staff were very helpful when I asked them if they sold the Isoflex primer to go with the liquid rubber they sell. They don't actually sell the primer but researched online for me and found it at Selco which is cheaper than Wickes.

It has good prices and the quality is good. Just there stocking system seems odd. Like Stocking only 1 item of something that people normally buy in two's. Can be frustrating as have to drive to several stores instead of the one

Still a great place to shop. Prices can often be a lot higher than Tool Station, but the range is far greater. The last time I went in, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
