Love having my nails done with Jo! They’re always finished to a high standard and Jo is always happy to do any design requested! As someone who doesn’t like going to unusual spaces I have been made to feel extremely comfortable here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Worst salon I have ever experienced. Looks nice and shiny but poor standards of customer service and some technicians need some serious training. Management response poor. I was given a refund for the sub standard work but then the manager rang and asked me to change my appointment to the person who had actually damaged my nails , despite being reassured I was in with another person who had left. Had to go to another salon as unable to offer me another appointment and found underneath the polish my nails were in a mess. Nightmare.

I love coming to see Jo, she is just amazing so lovely to speak with. Most of all I love my nails I’ve always had short nails that did not look nice at all, but after seeing Jo for the past few months I now love my nails and how they look, she has made my hands look so pretty with how she has done my nails they are beautiful and I no longer need to hide my nails as they are great thank you so much. Makes me so happy Louise D

Me and my daughter went for our nails doing today with Kirsty and they are amazing we both love them, my daughter is only 6 so could only have the basic polish, i hadn’t booked for her’s doing but Kirsty made sure she could fit her in and that made her feel special. Love my nails, will deff be returning.

Had my nails done, the colour shrunk straight away, got refused the refund, had 3 nails redone not all of them, but my nails still look exactly the same if not worse.The so called manager shouted at me!I've never seen customer service like this in my life.The place needs to be shut down, or staff and management need retraining!

The standard of treatment and services I've received has always been excellent. The girls are warm and friendly and very helpful in giving advice on products and treatments. The salon is a lovely environment and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

Extremely poor! Felt as if I was in a cattle market. I asked how long a pedicure lasts 30-40 minutes. we were in and out in under 30 minutes. the service was atrocious, really rough when dealing with my cuticles, rushed massage and to top it off a hidden fee of £2 for the nail file and buffer! Will never return. Not like it used to be! Extremely overpriced.

I had nail extensions applied here before I went on holiday. After following all advice re cleaning products and use of rubber gloves etc, 3 of nails had dropped off by day 2 of my holiday (9 days after application). Within the next 2 days I had lost all but 2 of my nails. Very disappointing as I had expected them to last for at least 2 weeks, and was informed that they would need taking off professionally. It has very much put me off returning.
