Scott was extremely helpful and managed to sort out my problem quickly. I had a puncture on my way to work on the motorway and I changed my tyre to my spare speed limited one, however I work over 50 miles away and felt safer having a standard tyre on so I could drive as normal on the motorway. He first checked my tyre couldn’t be repaired before he got hold of a new tyre from another centre and another to replace the other front tyre which was also very worn. This was all sorted within an hour or so and I was able to get to work a little late! He was really accommodating and helpful and I would highly recommend harborne tyres from my experience. I have used them before too when I have ordered in new tyres and they were very efficient then too. Thanks.

Not the same place anymore. Since the staff has changed. Had to wait 2 hours for a puncture which was charged at £20. Expensive for the service provided.

I'd give 0 if I could. Very slow - 4 hour wait. No balancing done so my steering wheel shook on a 100 mile drive. Also, they didn't know how to get my spare back in its original holding position and made out that I didn't have the correct tools. Everything was corrected by another garage (and I do have the correct tools!). A complete calamity.

Wouldn't do what I asked them to do (just balancing my front wheels) instead tricked me into much more expensive work which was meant to involve tracking and wheel balacing too. When collecting the car tried to inflate the price compared to what had been announced and issue hadn't disappeared. In the following weeks when attempting to sort the initial issue not addressed originally, always busy and unhelpful. Eventually made time, pretended the original parts he fitted were faulty (not very reassuring!), but in the end tried to scam me again by wanting to change even more parts. Wouldn't fall for it again. Went elsewhere, got the wheels balanced, issue sorted, proofing they couldn't even be bothered to balance the wheels. No way I'll return there. Used to be my go-to place for tires but now seems to be going down the drain fast (suspect of change of owner) with pay cash card machine not working, unpleasant service and excuses, scams and lies.

Quick and friendly service - 2 tyres all done in 20 min so very convenient. Booked via Black Circles and that was easy too. Prices are very competitive.

I went a couple weeks again. It was a last minute booking, but the service was perfect. Scott replied very quickly, and got the job done. I cannot fault.

0 star if I could. trying to rip off people, very dodgy place, you have been warned. Stay well clear from this place.
