I ordered my kit , which arrived in good time , filled in my blood samples and registered my kit, I posted it back almost 3 weeks ago , I have sent multiple e mails , to track my order but not had a proper response. If it hadn't arrived they could have just sent a new kit out , it has cost me £130 pounds , for nothing so far . I am still awaiting a response. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but I have been pretty patient . so far .

Really dissapointed with results from the tests we purchased. However the results came back and whilst I was checking for certain allergies and intolerances A pre existing medical condition identified via the NHS and currently still being treated came back as non existing! Contacted customer support to express my surprise and dissatisfaction to be questioned about the authenticity of the original diagnosis. I was open minded reading other reviews, about these tests but was happy to try them . The non discovery of my pre existing condition really casts doubts about the validity of the rest of the findings in the report.## Astonished by the reply from the company to this review, I never divulged what tests I had done at the hospital as I explained that was confidential. Just goes to show that they have a script ready for all circumstances raised.

Easy, fast result's that were interesting and confirmed suspicions of which items do affect my health and wellbeing.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, however - I ordered a blood test a number of weeks ago, did the test and sent it back and have been eagerly awaiting the results as I have some health issues that I was curious to try and figure out and start to try and fix.A number of emails have been sent with no reply and phone calls have been made to be told your first in line to then get told the lines are now closed.Obviously very disappointed at lack of contact let alone not having the results back.Looking forward to getting some sort of contact soon.

Great experience. Test kit arrived quickly, was easy to follow. Results received quickly as well. Really insightful. Some results I was not surprised by but others I'd never have guessed. Such a great way of understanding my health.

Super happy with the allergy and intolerance test plus kit!! Delivery was fast and the results have confirmed what my partner and I suspected was impacting us. Gluten was one of the main issues and since reducing that, we’ve been feeling much better!

I'm glad I bought one of these tests as I've been convinced I have a few intolerances, now I'm proven right!Very happy with the quick delivery and fast results :)
